Simon Lawson

Simon Lawson is a Grimsby born painter and printmaker specialising in etching. Simon has lived and worked in London since 1982.

As well as producing his own prints he regularly collaborates with other artists and has editioned for many studios and galleries. He is now a member of the teaching staff at the Royal Academy Schools in London.

As a freelance printmaker prints have been produced and editioned independently for studios including London Contemporary Arts, Hope Sufference Studios and Thumbprint Editions for artists including Damien Hirst, The Chapman Brothers, Maurice Cockrill, Eileen Cooper, Chris Orr, Tracy Emin, Gillian Carnegie, Mark Clark, Philip Medley, Peter Howson, Stephen Chambers and Christopher Le Brun.
