Sue studied etching in the late 70s in Bristol. In 1996 she added collagraphs to her portfolio of work after discovering this printmaking technique being taught at the Steiner School in Gloucester. The combination of these two techniques provides intaglio prints with deeply textural surfaces.

Sue is passionate about promoting the understanding of the artists original print as an art form; to this end she leads workshops and demonstrations for groups of all ages across Gloucestershire, in a

wide variety of intaglio techniques.
